Clarity support for adults navigating life transitions, overwhelm, or uncertainty. Though work is based on fundamentals of DBT and CBT my work sits between therapy and coaching, focusing on reflection, pattern-recognition, and grounded decision-making.
Sessions are conversational and client-led, with optional reflective tools to support insight between conversations. This service is not therapy or medical care, it is both preventative, as well as as introspective.
Accepting clients across North America and Europe, offering online and phone-based sessions
